I've mirrored the "static" parts of the OpenAL SVN repo to Git:

>From that, I've taken freealut and improved/updated it (now with a nice,
modern cmake build): https://github.com/vancegroup/freealut

Also, if you're looking for the software sample implementation, aka OpenAL
Soft (which does include headers), that is maintained here:
http://kcat.strangesoft.net/openal.html

As far as I can tell, there's not really any activity on the Creative SVN
server at this point - it's all pretty much OpenAL Soft (and my mods of
freealut)
