the error i have when compiling sip-1.5.0 on linux

Hi all
i write today to send to you error i have when
compiling sip-1.5.0 on linux.
In fact i run this in sip-1.5.O directory:
autoconf
./configure
aclocal
automake
make

Also i constated makefile file in sip-1.5.0 package
and makefile file in vocal package are the same.

that's the error i have:
make[2]: Leaving directory `/root/sip-1.5.0/heartbeat'
cd sip/base; make
make[2]: Entering directory `/root/sip-1.5.0/sip/base'
make[2]: Leaving directory `/root/sip-1.5.0/sip/base'
 
 
please check out the proxies/fs directory first
 
 
make[1]: *** [fs] Erreur 255
make[1]: Leaving directory `/root/sip-1.5.0'
make: *** [staging_notar] Erreur 2

Any information would help me
