The wxnet-run shell script should be setting everything up correctly to find
wx-c.dll. The problem with mono (or perhaps something lower level in Linux)
is that when it can't find a shared library used by the wx-c wrapper, you
still get the generic error above.

So my guess is you are missing a shared library that our binary wxWidgets
was built against. Read http://wxnet.sourceforge.net/manual/libraries.html
and inspect/send us the output of:

   $ LD_DEBUG=files ./wxnet-run html.exe

What Linux distro are you using?
