Dear Junaid, The chances are that you are using Abaqus Standard and not explicit, if that is the case then you won’t be able to get TRIAX as output. I find the volume averaged triaxiality using data extraction from ...odb as text file, using python and then do the calculation on MATLAB. Look it up and see if that is of any help. I am trying to simulate isotropic elastic plastic material with an axisymmetry domain comprised of Matrix and inclusion. The inclusion and matrix are joined by cohesive interaction with the help of additional elements i.e. cohesive element approach... I want to see the effect of the Triaxiality in my local areas but unfortunately, I am not able to take it out in GUI with the help of Field output. I have also tried to take it out by writing in the .inp file, that also aborts. If someone having a solid idea or have the experience to deal with such issue I appreciate your kind reply.
