RE: l4ka::pistachio boot problem

We do not longer use the CVS repositories anymore. The web page has been
stale for some rather long time. We have switched to using mercurial for the
pre-virtualization and marzipan code. They are now all contained in a single
repository called afterburner. I've updated the web pages appropriately. So
I'd suggest you to check out the afterburner mercurial module and take it
from there. The module contains a sample config for P4 boxes automatically
copied to the build directory initially. You can try compiling the
afterburner with this config or adopt it to your needs. Let me know if you
run into problems again.
