Protege 3.1 Beta update (build 207)

There's a new beta build available on our Web site:

**PLEASE NOTE: This is a candidate build for the 3.1 release. You may want 
to try this build out and report any bugs before they become part of an 
official release.

Changes
-------------
1. Copying instances with more than one type now works correctly.

2. The "Classes & Instances" tab now has the "direct types list" control 
(to allow viewing of multiple types for a given instance).

3. Fixed a problem with form update on slot change.

4. Fixed a problem with the Facet Constraints tab throwing a class cast 
exception.
