More info on problems with the GNOME shell extension

I managed to find this error when using GNOME's "Looking Glass" to try to
debug the shell extension: Gio.IOErrorEnum: Error calling
StartServiceByName for org.workrave.Workrave: Timeout was reached.

This error occurred not only within Ubuntu GNOME 14.04 with the Workrave
PPA, but also with a Live DVD session of Fedora 23 in which I had installed
the Workrave RPM for Fedora.

Not sure how helpful that is.
