Can you view the Workrave images in c:\Program Files\Workrave\share\image (or
something like that) using an image viewer?
Do you have any other gtk programs installed?
Do you have multiple libpng*dll files on you system?
You could try dependencywalker (http://dependencywalker.com/) to check wat
libraries Workrave will load.
Another option would be to download the workrave-debug.zip file from source
force, unpack the executable inside in c:\Program Files\Workrave\lib, start
Workrave from a command prompt and send me the debug output.
