Alt-DCS is "Alternate DCS", it's not DCS by itself.
You can't send directly what DCS you want, but you can get it by sending 
the right values for "coding" and "mclass".

So, 0xF5 is 11110xxx plus 8-bit data + Message Class 1. There's two 
combinations for 8bit and mclass1, one like 0x0x and this 0xFx. You 
should use alt-dcs to select between them.

Which means:
http://....?...&coding=1&mclass=1&alt-dcs=1


PS: now that I read your patch, I think you already know what I wrote 
but there's a but in OIS code and your patch seems to fix it. Can 
someone confirm this ?
