Scrollbars are nice you can get them back with a style

If you install "Scrollbar Menu" you will not need "Scrollbar Bookmarks Menu"

Sorting automatically can be done by installing  the "SortPlaces" extension, sorting automatically is, unfortunately, the default. 
I expect you won't want it after you've just added three bookmarks and want to change them.  In any case you need the extension to 
use Firefox efficiently.  Be very careful of what you ask for, the extension has options, if it were brought into Firefox you would 
have a bad implementation which only does part, and you would still need the extension after the author realizes after several 
months that its not really going to be replaced at all.

Putting scrollbars back into Firefox is something they can't screw up, and I can't imagine anyone not wantimg scrollbars, though it 
is important to be able to control the widths of the menus themselves, see there is lots of leeway for that to get screwed up after 
all.
