Submitting to freedb HOW?

How can Grip send an email to [email protected] when it does not
know what my SMTP mail server is?

Where do I enter this information in the config?

When I click "submit disk info" a message pops up saying "you are about
to submit the disk information via email. Continue?" I click "OK" and
the message vanishes but nothing else happens. I have checked freedb but
the information in still not there. There is no network activity when I
click "OK" nothing is sent.

How do I make it send?
