I am fully aware Tarkin is not working as a real codec for the time being.
My question was, could anybody from the Tarkin dev team have a look at
http://uci.sf.net and check if UCI offers everything as API that was
necessary to read/write Tarkin streams ? We dont want to find ourselves in
the situation that UCI spec are fixed and can not be used for Tarkin ...
