I noticed nobody got back to you on this.

Terminology suggestions will show up for terms that are in the current 
unit and that are defined in your languages terminology.  These 
terminology files can be in the Terminology project or 
pootle-terminology.po file in your current project.  My guess is that 
you no longer have those defined for your language on the new server.
