Re: Savin an OTRS DTL file on LINUX

"The file appears with a big lock on it." sounds to me like the user has
no write permissions on those files. I guess the Webservers which runs
OTRS acts as anothers user (www-data or something like this)
and the "WinSCP-User" opens the file in read-only mode. Is this possible?
