Norwegian translation

Hi

I've noticed that the Norwegian translation is rather out-of-date and
need an update. This may be because it seem to lack current
maintainers :-)

I might get the time to do an update, but i wanted to check if anybody
else is working on it before i make the effort. If I do an update,
should I just post the updated nb_NO.pm here or is there a special
procedure to be followed?

And while we're at it, in case there are other Norwegians here: The
Norwegian translation use the word "mappe" as the translation for
"Queue", which actually means "folder" and not "queue". Anybody know
why this is? I guess the preferred word depends on what you use OTRS
for, but I can't tell if the one is better than the other. Consistency
may be a factor in this, though. Old user may be confused if the
translated word suddenly change.
