Funktioniert leider nicht. Es wird immer der erste bzw. zuletzt erstellte Artikel in der Artikelliste angezeigt.

If I copy this URL, paste it into a new empty browser window, then the specified article is not shown in the view, but rather the last created article in the AgentTicketZoom view. Is there any way of specifying a URL that allows us to navigate to a specific article in a ticket?
