Hallo Renée, FAQ und MasterSlave. OTRS 6.0.2 auf Fedora Wenn ich auf die Artikelliste klicke, kommt die URL http://support.onlinetravel.ch/otrs/index.pl?Action=AgentTicketZoom;TicketID=32829;ArticleID=70574# im tooltip. Auch folgendes geht nicht: http://support.onlinetravel.ch/otrs/index.pl?Action=AgentTicketZoom;TicketID=32829;ArticleID=70574#Article70574 Dieser Artikel hat die Nummer 1, aber es wird immer der Artikel 3 angezeigt, das zuletzt erstellte. Habe OTRS 6.0.0 von Source installiert, und nicht ein Update gemacht, und erste danach die Daten aus OTRS 5 importiert.
