You can't stop believing in team self-organization because a team will
ALWAYS self-organize in some manner. They might not organize in a way that
gives you the results you need. Sure that's possible. Your response to that
is one of several approaches which obviously includes mandating/imposing
certain practices ala factory workers at the dawn of scientific management.
