Converting a BigIP from Active/Standby to Active/Active

Howdy! I have a need to convert my BigIP LTM from A/S to A/A. F5's docs say that it's best to reinstall. I could probably do that..but how bad would it be do change the redundancy mode without a reinstall? I was thinking of doing it this way: 1. make sure that node #1 was active (since all the resources default to 1) 2. change the mode on #1 3. Config Sync to node 2 4. Profit?!?!
