We've been using WATIR for about 7 months now for acceptance
testing. It has been very useful for us.

It is pretty well designed and easy to extend; the result is that
those in our customer team can write the acceptance tests themselves
as the syntax (with our extensions) looks more like a domain
specific language than just Ruby.

Overall, it has been a much better experience than that I've had
with any commerical tool.
