Easy way of installing PyGTK on Windows?

I have Python 2.2 on Windows -- is there an easy way of getting PyGTK
going with that combo? (The only binary installer I could find -- the
one referred to in the PyGTK FAQ -- was for Python 2.1.)

I guess I could run it in X-Windows, but a Windows solution would be
nice...

Another thing that would be very nice is if someone else could do some
testing/debugging of the pygtk back-end. How far is it from alpha-zero
quality? (If neither I nor anyone else get it tested/debugged by
thursday, I'll probably do a release without it. It would be a pity,
though.)
