If you mean, "does anygui know about GL?", not that I'm aware of. I suspect that if you want 3d via python, PyGame (with PyOpenGL[2]) would be the best (portable) bet, but I've not used python with GL so this is all supposition on my part (I guess it all depends on whether you want "native" widgets, you could always use wxWindows aswell, its available on most platforms).
