I am not the best person to help with this issue.  But it appears that 
you have not installed GTK2 or GTK3.  They need to be installed and make 
sure you include the development files too.

There was a link on the wxPython 4 on how to build the lib.  I don't 
recall where that link is located but I had to use it couple years ago.  
Maybe Robin can help.
