Two case studies can be found about using neurofeedback for CFS treatment and you can also find some clinics that claim to offer neurefeedback as a remedy for it. Not much, but you can't say it is unheard of. We are of course talking about a symptom relief not a cure. But as it is a syndrome (by definition a group of symptoms that characterize a disease) ,then it is close enough.
