2-channel EEG and schemas files

Hello,

I'm planning to build 2-channel EEG. I know that I can order boards from
Olimex for example, but I wonder if I can order it from a small business
that produces electronic boards (there are planty of it in my city). Are
board schemas included in package on sourceforge standarized? I have'nt
asked any producer, but is it a format that they will most likely accept?
I've tried to view .sch and .brd files with EAGLE PCB, but I've got a
message that there's a version conflict (something about version 4). I've
tried to run version 4, but I've got an error that I coudn't eliminate. How
can I view these files?

And following the instruction about buiding openEEG: are there any known
problems with the simplest, 2-channel EEG?
