[2.1] Planning for 2.1.2 update

I will do some final testing and then release 2.1.2 update today or 
tomorrow. Mainly to fix some issues hitting us after going to the 3.3 
squid series.

If possible, no commits to SVN (language updates are OK), until after 
the 2.1.2 release.
