2.1.6 release candidate 2

2.1.6-rc2 installation and update files will be available on SourceForge 
shortly. The 2.1.6-rc2 update requires a 2.1.5 installation and can only 
be manually updated via the GUI!

Along with the latest bash patches, several other parts have seen 
upgrades. There is no fixed day for final release as there may well be a 
-rc3.
