The su= ccessful candidate will have the opportunity to deliver robust and integr= ated resilient business solutions that bring together people, process, sy= stems and physical measures to ensure business resilience and security in= a variety of operating environments. The role is based from London, wor= king on client site during the week. You should hold an EU passport and = be prepared to undergo a vetting process as part of your role in the firm= if required=0D JOB REQUIREMENTS --------------------------------------------------- Essential Experience:=0D =0D • Willing to undergo security checking if required=0D • Extensive experience at board level of identifying, developing and= implementing major strategic business transformation and a performance i= mprovement programme across the entire spectrum of industry. =0D • Experience in leading teams, defining major programmes and mobilis= ing projects, working alongside senior client staff and colleagues.=0D • Experience of working in large complex environments.=0D • Extensive experience of Business Resilience:=0D • Enterprise risk management business continuity.=0D • Crisis management=0D • Information Assurance and Security=0D • Process Control security=0D • Experience in a key role that influences, contributes to, and / or= advises on the strategic direction taken for the resilience, security = and business continuity of an organization.=0D • Deep knowledge of the business continuity lifecycle and how this i= s applied at a strategic level.=0D • Good understanding of the principles and practice of risk manageme= nt.=0D • A broad practical security expertise extending beyond your own wor= k area including awareness of Information Assurance and Security implicat= ions of business activities.=0D • Broad knowledge of technical security issues, understanding princi= pal security issues of IS infrastructures and support services, and have = developed requirements for security measures=0D • Impact : you've had a key role that influences, contributes to, or= advises on the strategic direction taken on Security Governance of an or= ganisation=0D • Contribution to development of new services in your organisation=0D • Strong interpersonal skills and commercial acumen to understand re= quirement and formulate and deliver solutions to client issues=0D • A robust intellectual approach with a good degree level education.= Relevant professional qualifications ideal e.g. MBCI.=0D • MBA desirable but not essential, as is fluency in other languages=0D =0D =0D For more senior roles you'll need to have had:=0D =0D • Leadership of substantial assignments (preferably with a large tea= m) either from architecture inception to implementation, or involving sig= nificant improvement or transformation.=0D • Business winning responsibility alongside your implementation resp= onsibility=0D =0D =0D Security Clearance: None required at start but may be required for specif= ic tasks if so the Client would arrange this=0D =0D Candidates must be able to attain UK Security Clearance.=0D =0D Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
