Role Description: =0D

To support the internal audit manager by supporting the management of Cha=
nge relationships and the delivery of the Internal Audit programme and pr=
ovision of other internal services to ultimately improve the control envi=
ronment and business performance. =0D
=0D
Key Accountabilities =0D
=0D
• To input in to and support delivery of the Change Annual Audit Pla=
n either as audit lead or team member =0D
• Track and manage the resolution of raised issues within the Change=
 departments =0D
• To ensure development of “deep” knowledge and relationsh=
ips within the Change departments =0D
• To develop team members knowledge and relationships and support th=
e development of best practice for the Change audit team =0D
• To identify and develop talent within the team =0D
• To identify within the Change department areas that will improve t=
heir control environment and to work with the department in setting up ac=
tion plans to achieve improvement. =0D
• To manage workflow requirements and allocations within the Change =
team =0D
• To assist with managing resources across the team to ensure flexib=
ility to react to urgent requests/resourcing issues at short notice =0D
=0D



JOB REQUIREMENTS

Essential Experience: =0D
=0D
• Expert business knowledge of the Change functions and/or experienc=
e of Internal Audit =0D
• Manage and improve other people’s performance =0D
• Lead change and motivate others =0D
• Identify changes the business that will affect the appropriateness=
 of the Annual Audit Plan =0D
• Manage relationships =0D
• Use relevant technology =0D
• Significant experience of programme/project delivery ideally in a =
management role =0D
• Understanding of project management methodologies e.g. Prince 2, i=
deally qualified to Practitioner level =0D
• Experience of non-IT transformational change programmes/projects i=
ncluding organisational design, process engineering etc. =0D
• Significant audit or practitioner experience of change operations =
and service management and security. =0D
=0D

=0D
• Is able to lead, motivate and develop a team, a team player =0D
• Project management and process skills =0D
• Has the confidence to influence relationships =0D
• Is able to remain focused on priorities when dealing with conflict=
ing demands =0D

• Is able to deal with conflict in a robust and challenging manner =0D
• Can quickly identify and analyse critical details in complex situa=
