You will develop new ideas on exploiting r= emote systems and recognizing new ways to identify vulnerabilities in cus= tom applications. =0D =0D Requirements: =0D • Understanding of networking protocols (TCP, UDP, ICMP, HTTP, FTP)=0D • Demonstrate programming skills in C, C++, Java including OOP/OOD=0D • Knowledge of analysis tools (TCPDump, NMAP, Metasploit, IDA, Wires= hark)=0D • Understand how to test code against various inputs=0D Responsibilities:=0D • Monitor sources of information about vulnerabilities and implement= checks into the product quickly=0D • Stay current with new web application technologies, understand new= risks of these technologies and how to check for them =0D • Produce quality detection (checks and methodologies) with a low fa= lse positive rate=0D =0D Rapid7 is making waves in the security industry and developing Unified Vu= lnerability Management Software called NeXpose.
