basic target-spec question

 	Heyaz. Quick and easy one: if I don't include 127.0.0.1
in the target specification for my server, will it still accept
and redirect data which clients are sending to the loopback
interface? Or is there nothing "special" about that address from
Zebedee's point of view, and it needs to be spec'd like anything
else?
