Unfortunately, this connection timeout is not under Zebedee's control --
it's happening at the TCP/IP network level. While you may be able to play
around with various registry settings to change this (see, for example,
http://www.windows2000faq.com/Articles/Index.cfm?ArticleID=15004) this will
affect all TCP/IP connections from the machine -- which may not be what you
want.

It would be possible for Zebedee to apply timeouts for these connections,
but it requires a change to make a non-blocking connect. This isn't trivial,
but I'll consider it for the future (sooner if someone submits a patch :-)
