Apologies for hijacking this thread, but your comment about SMB traffic 
tunneling caught my attention.

Are you managing to do SMB tunneling with XP connecting to a local copy 
of Zebedee, if so, how. I've ended up relying on a win2K machine still 
being around to do SMB traffic, connecting to 127.0.0.X (where x > 1).
