Hi, My laptop which is a PIII-800, which still handles WDSCi, is now used as a dumb terminal. I recently purchased a wireless card for it, and use Windows XP Remote Desktop Client to my main desktop at home (at work I also have a brand new desktop... lucky me :-). It still offers me some flexibility (sit with my girlfriend in front of TV :-) and still use a powerfull desktop without requiring a new laptop again. Kind regards, Paul -----Original Message----- From: code400-l-bounces-Zwy7GipZuJhWk0Htik3J/[email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Bartell, Aaron L. With the appropriate docking station hardware, you're talking an investment perhaps 10 times what we're talking now <grin>. </Joe> _______________________________________________ This is the CODE/400 Discussion & Support (CODE400-L) mailing list To post a message email: CODE400-L-Zwy7GipZuJhWk0Htik3J/[email protected] To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/mailman/listinfo/code400-l or email: CODE400-L-request-Zwy7GipZuJhWk0Htik3J/[email protected] Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/code400-l.
