Install V7.8 questions

Approximately how long did the initial install take for V7.8, command Call 
install/initial.  Does it run interactively or will it submit something to 
batch?  It does not populate the new environment with data from an 
existing environment correct, that is done separately I hope.  I assume it 
will ask me what to name the new environment?

We are converting from version 6 to 7.8 anyone have some gotchas to be 
aware of?
