Hello, I've performed a differential archive of a virtual machine. At the end, dar exits correctly. If I perform a test of the archive (dar -t) I get the following error: --- ERR <ROOT>/openSUSE Leap 15.0/openSUSE Leap 15.0-000002.vmdk : Unknown escape sequence type Some files are corrupted in the archive and it will not be possible to restore them --- I cannot understand the cause of the error. I've checked the SHA1 (generated during archive creation) of the files, and they are correct: --- 20200114T065156_incr.1.dar.sha1: OK: 20200114T065156_incr.1.dar 20200114T065156_incr.2.dar.sha1: OK: 20200114T065156_incr.2.dar 20200114T065156_incr.3.dar.sha1: OK: 20200114T065156_incr.3.dar 20200114T065156_incr.4.dar.sha1: OK: 20200114T065156_incr.4.dar 20200114T065156_incr.5.dar.sha1: OK: 20200114T065156_incr.5.dar 20200114T065156_incr.6.dar.sha1: OK: 20200114T065156_incr.6.dar 20200114T065156_incr.7.dar.sha1: OK: 20200114T065156_incr.7.dar 20200114T065156_incr.8.dar.sha1: OK: 20200114T065156_incr.8.dar Errori: 0 OK: 8, non trovati: 0, errori di lettura: 0, checksum errato: 0 --- Here attached the details of commands (creation, catalogue listing, testing), and my dar version. Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance Andy _______________________________________________ Dar-support mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/dar-support
