Re: TextEdit and latex2rtf

Hello all,
I think we finally found what's the reason.
There are some things to be fixed in latex2rtf, and these bugs are already 
present in version 1.9.15 (shame I didn't find them before we released 1.9.15):
1.) Font table starts with \f3. \f0 to \f2 are missing. \f0 should be the 
default font.
2.) In the text section of the rtf output, no default font is specified. 
Add an \f0 to the first line of the text section (starting with \paperw...).
3.) In the specification of the normal style the font is missing.
4.) style table is output in non-ascending order, different from the order 
in styles.cfg
5.) The default font on Mac seems to be "Times-Roman" while on PC it is 
"Times New Roman". On PC, even Word(2000) doesn't recognize "Times-Roman" 
and substitutes it with "Arial". Maybe we should go back to the pre-1.914 
fonts.cfg which read:

Roman,Times.
Typewriter,Courier.
Slanted,Helvetica.
Sans Serif,Helvetica.
Calligraphic,Zapf Chancery.
Dummy,Symbol.
Dummy2,MT Extra.
Roman1,Palatino.
Roman2,Bookman.
Roman3,Avant Garde.
Roman4,New Century Schoolbook.

so the font names don't exactly match the names on either PC or Mac but at 
least are correctly substituted on both - which however has to be tested.
