As far as I know

RTF does not have an equivalent to \hrule or \hrulefill

RTF does not support the TeX notion of boxes

Word fields also do not support such functionality.

Are you just hoping for a \hrule{10mm} to become "-----"?

How many dashed go intor \hrulefill when there is no information
about the current position or the position of the line end?
