I should have explained what I want exactly, sorry. My aim is to compile 
with pdflatex, in order to use the full power of hyperref (hyperref is 
used by other packages I load).
I know it could seem tricky, but I'd like to modify a bit the wonderful 
prosper.cls in order to compile directly with pdflatex. So I can't use 
any pstricks command.
That's why I'd like to generate a empty slide, save it as the 
background, then use it as an image for the background of all the slides.
And occasionnaly use a fancier image for a slide. I mean, I would be 
very happy if it's also possible to change the background image just for 
one slide :-)

Sure, I plan to keep only the source if the pdf file is too big.
