And by prosper btw. But using PDFLaTeX will definitely be tricky. It is
not supported by prosper and I didn't try yet to modify it for PDFLaTeX.
But what is the additional functionality that you want from hyperref and
which you can't get with a PS2PDF backend?

OK, use alternative packages like pgf or so that supplies some line
commands etc. to build a style with.

In your style, you can define multiple templates. From the presentation
you can call a specific template to switch templates. See for instance
the work in the HA-prosper package which provides several templates for
every style (like title page, normal slide, wide slide).

I don't give you any guarantee that this is actually going to work!
I remember that PSTricks is loaded via semcolor via seminar via prosper
which will make it quite hard to shut down. But if you don't use any
PSTricks commands in your style and modify the prosper class such that
it loads the right drivers for hyperref, you might get a chance, but
no guarantee!
