I'm guessing that you are mixing color.sty-compatible versions.  I've
seen similar problems with R-based documentation (which uses LaTeX),
as well as with combinations of prosper and Sweave (R literate
programming) slides.

I'm not sure how old or new the version of OzTeX that you are using
is, but that would be my guess...
