Notice that a new version of xcolor/pstricks/semcolor
is coming soon which solves (hopefully) all inconsistencies
that have always existed between color and pstricks
color models. However, the workaround already works.

And notice the use of spaces in your example, change it to:
120  &\cellcolor{red}+0,06\\ \hline
140  &\fromSlide*{2}{\cellcolor{blue}}+0,06\\ \hline

to avoid extra spaces in the cells.
