Of course we don't want to proliferate schemes either, but if it's a
meaningfully different subset than any of the others, that's fine.

Maybe such a "TLC" scheme could replace one of the others (basic or
medium), if it's sufficiently similar. I don't know. Have to see the
list of the packages. -k
