Re: msc package using PStricks in XeLaTeX in MiKTeX 2.9

One further detail, just in case it makes a difference regarding the
lack-of-all-line/rectangle-drawing misbehavior of PStricks in XeLaTeX/XeTeX
within MiKTeX 2.9 when using the LaTeX_msc package:

I have installed Basic MiKTeX 2.9 with Yes as the (administrator-mode in
Windows 7) configuration of: Install missing packages on-the-fly.  I mention
this because installing packages on the fly is performed during the first
execution (and the LaTeX_msc package works fine without the 22 warnings and
with correct line-drawing) but then the lack of installing
(already-installed-)packages on the fly is what happens during subsequent
executions, when the LaTeX_msc package emits the 22 warnings and the
generated PDF output lacks all line drawing, leaving only the text
pieceparts.  Perhaps this is merely coincidence, but perhaps this is in the
vicinity of the root cause.

Also since I just mentioned Windows 7, could Windows Vista/7's sudo-esque
user-access control (UAC) be interfering with -enable-write18-based PStricks
emulation within XeLaTeX?
