I doubt it. The first step of the compilation (the generation of the
temporary xdv) where the msc package is used works fine. You have
problems with xdvipdfmx which converts the xdv to pdf. Which is why
I suggested that you call xdvipdfmx with option -vv (verbose).

As I already wrote: -enable-write18 is not needed in this case. I
could compile your example without problem without this switch. 

Also you can 22 warnings because your image is quite complicated and
contains 22 "subimages" which xdvipdfmx has to convert on-the-fly.
