Error while importing graphics

When I \importgraphics{forces.pdf} I get the following error:

pdflatex: Windows API error 21:
 Enheten är inte klar.
pdflatex: Data: C:/MiKTeX-Builds/2.9/share/poppler/nameToUnicode

The error is not surprising as on my machine, there is no C drive and there
is no MiKTeX-Builds directory either. Should'nt it refer to
"I:\Program\MiKTeX 2.9\poppler\nameToUnicode" instead?

Can I change that path somewhere or is it hardcoded? If it is hardcoded,
this must be a bug.
