discrepancies with updateble packages between admin and regular users.

I've installed MiKTeX 2.9 updated to last version. I update and install  
packages as admin but on-fly installed
packages go to my personal account. Today I've run non-admin-update and  
miktex offered to update several packages.
This list showed some names already marked to be updated and some others  
not. These non marked packages are all already installed and updated as  
admin user for all users, so I don't understand why they are shown in this  
list.

Could you explain it?
