Thank you for your answer. Actually, I used miktex settings (admin) as I'm
the only user — and administrator. I thought that the formats so created
in C:\Program Data would be used by default, since they're described as
“common data”, unless there were other formats in C:\users.Why it happened
that I had an old lualatex.fmt in C:\Users, I ignore — I can't remember
having used miktex settings (users). Anyway, is that a wrong way to do
things to use only miktex settings (admin) in such a case ?
