I have a single user 32-Bit miktex in win7 > + 8.1 I did not do so on my installation. Is that necessary? At the moment I am hesitating a little bit to touch my running version (dated 2015-06-17), because with all the various mails (for example that ones talking about msvcp120.dll (which I have in ..\bin\x64)) I have no more clue where to touch what why.
