2.99.6 (and prior) misinclude latex/carlisle (w/ patch)

Hi. I found slashed.sty missing from my local tetex 2.0.2
installation, and it turns out it is because of a typo in (carlisls
instead of carlisle) latex/source/Makefile. The typo is still present
in the tetex 2.99.6 beta. Here's a patch.
